Even more OpenPSA
You just can't get enough of it (or maybe you can...)
Yesterday (or technically today, it was 2am) I made a package of 1.11.7, 1.11.6 was packaged on monday but in slightly more thorough testing proved to be too buggy to release
Sales has been tweaked a little, a "direct fax" field has been added to person (but not yet to any CSVs) and customers contacts have been added to the basic sales report CSV, I also have worked more on a customer specific report which is not in the distribution but it has many parts that when generalized could be rather usefull
Support hour reporting has seen a minor tweak (title subject added to the report)
Calendar weekly planner now shows weekends as well, also the week views now have a DHTML based "tooltip" that will show more information on the event when cursor hovers over it for some time. Day view has N(now 30 AFAIR) characters of event description shown. Fixed a bug in weekly planner where in some cases events would not be in correct (start time) order. Behind the scenes the week based views have seen some code cleanup.
Personnel people (if they have access to "Personnel") can now edit a subset of their own information, also on the front page is now direct link to your personnel card
Horde/Imp "SSO", opens now in new window, the frame based approach had cross-site issues, it reportedly has issues with IE5.5 (IE6 and Mozilla work fine) which can be worked around by removing the window.open() call from page "topmenu", when I dig up some machine that:
- Has IE5.5
- Can get on the internet
I'll still have a few things to finish before I can start the SyncML support project for good, one of them is to have event repeat "Weekly by day", where you can select which days of the week the event repeats on, it's a "shortcut" (user experience way, in fact it's rather more complex to implement) to creating multiple events with weekly repeat (one for each day you wish to repeat).
Other than these I've led a boring life, we had a party at Kaukolas place on the weekend, Shihan Jokinen has graced us with his presence more than normally at the HTC dojo, but that's about it.
