Techsupport (and Sales) improvements

Search function now has possibility of limiting searches to just the active database or selected archives, the reporting has seen a major overhaul with new filtering and grouping options and more data to display, now that I've tested those with the HTML output I'll do them for the CSV output as well. The query form might need a redesign though... Last week I added some features to the Sales module (including single view of all acitivities of all of companyes Salesprojects) and made some minor UI tweaks.
