OpenPSA Support improves

Some tweaks have been made to lists that should make loading them slightly faster

Assign by username now has a popup for searching users, when desired person is found clicking on the row will put the username to the assign field (and close the popup)

This allows large sites to only have the most frequent users in the assign pulldown, thus reducing load times (sending and rendering option list 700 rows long takes nontrivial amount of time).

Ticket list now has filtering options for undefined Type, Target and SubType (untill now those could not been filtered to be seen alone, they only were only shown with others in the "Any" filtering mode).

Ticket editor now doesn't load target list directly anymore, only trough the JS filtering system (this should save reduce time with large target lists), this propably isn't a problem anymore as many other features require JS in any case, though I have generally tried to make them usable (if ackward and/or ugly) without JS as well.

Added option for hiding contact email only in lists but still having it visible under ticket editor. In general I might not remember to blog about trivial or obscure 'hidefields' additions, but the full list is always available at OpenPSA administrator guide so if you are missing some configuration option check that first, then you can file an enhancement request or send email to the OpenPSA users list
